Jennifer Coden
Jennifer L. Coden practices in all areas of Family and Matrimonial Law. While her primary goal is to negotiate and achieve fair and advantageous settlements for her clients, she is also able to easily recognize when a matter cannot be settled and will utilize her extensive Court experience to obtain favorable results. She regularly appears in the Supreme and Family Courts of Nassau, Suffolk and Queens.
Jennifer is known for being sensitive to her client’s needs while navigating the difficult divorce process. She explains, “I meet my clients while they are experiencing a major life crisis. Whether their case involves child custody issues, domestic violence or complex financial issues, it is absolutely necessary that I am accessible and available to respond to changing circumstances, provide counsel and take action.”
Jennifer is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association (Family Law Section); and the Nassau County Woman’s Bar Association. Jennifer has lectured at LIU Post and taken part in LIU Post’s Mock Trial Symposium. Jennifer was admitted in the Supreme Court of the State of New York for the First Judicial Department; United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of New York.
